At Dimply, we believe in the power of paying it forward. Reflecting on this commitment, our team participated in the annual Darkness Into Light 2024, an event that underscores our ongoing efforts in promoting mental health awareness and wellbeing amongst our team.
Darkness Into Light, facilitated by Pieta, serves as a poignant reminder of the struggles many face with mental health and the communal journey towards hope and healing. In the early hours, before the dawn, some of our Dimple’s, alongside thousands globally, rallied for this vital cause. Many of our colleagues gathered at 4:15 AM in various locations across Ireland to join official walks. Others chose to meet the sunrise in their own special way, including one group climbing a local mountain to experience the early sun rays.
Some of the photos below showcase breathtaking sunrises and the contagious spirits of our Dimples, fostering a sense of unity and pride within Dimply. These images serve as a powerful reminder of what we can achieve together and the impact of our collective efforts on broader societal issues.
This initiative not only supports a crucial cause but also enhances our employer branding, demonstrating to current and prospective employees alike that Dimply is more than just a fintech company. We are a community that cares deeply about societal issues and the wellbeing of our people.
As we continue to navigate the complexities of both business and social landscapes, Dimply remains committed to supporting meaningful causes and building a supportive, empathetic work environment. Our involvement in events like Darkness Into Light exemplifies our dedication to making a positive impact in the world, both as a corporate entity and as a group of compassionate individuals.
